The Sports and Social Club provides a social dimension for employees of JEB Engineering Design Ltd. Although it does not yet have it's own premises, the Club holds a number Social Evenings and events at a variety of venues. Among the most popular are the Christmas Dinner Dance, Quiz Night and Annual Car Clue Hunt. In recent years the club has ventured into organised coach trips to Europe with German Christmas Markets and Disneyland Paris being favourites. To celebrate JEB's 25th anniversary the Club organised an 'It's a Knockout' competition with over 15 teams made up from members of staff, family and friends.   Fund raising for charity is another major activity that takes place annually and to date thousands of pounds have been passed to good causes including N.S.P.C.C, Children in Need, The British Heart Foundation and Guide Dogs for the Blind.   The Club also sponsors a Bi-annual East European Classic Car meet, this being held at JEB's premises in Mildenhall. This event is fast becoming the largest of its type in the country attracting Trabants, Wartburgs, Skodas, Ladas etc. from all over England and Europe.

For the budding sports enthusiast there are also two football teams currently playing in the Cambridgeshire District Sunday League. All members and employees are actively encouraged to take part in this and all the other events.
